I actually have something NICE to say about a reseller hosting provider. (I know....shocking! a client posting their extreme satisfaction!):gthumb:

I bought a WHM reseller panel from LUMPY, aka Greg Lubbelinkhof, (because he seemed trustworthy and attentive here and on other forums )at one of his companies, either http://BudgetReseller.com or http://BudgetHost.ca

<I had to because of the NOTORIOUS problems with ACCUBURST.COM ASSERTIVEHOST.COM or whoever they are this week (and I am down again for over three days there with no response with 504 and 500 errors) >

I got a complaint that a "mirror site" was down. I checked which company had my reseller account where sites were down as informtion was unfamiliar as my service was so good at http://BudgetReseller.com or http://BudgetHost.ca I did NOT recognize where the account was hosted.

In any event, I (or my helper) accidentally disregarded his notice to change IP for my custom DNS (which are free with him). (Yes....I admit it....I, the client screwed up! Oh, my gawd! I might get banned from this board [joke...joke...]

I sent in support request/complaint to good old reliable Lumpy at either http://BudgetReseller.com[/URL] or http://BudgetHost.ca
http://BudgetReseller.com or http://BudgetHost.ca .

Well I promptly received the reason for my downtime from BEN over athttp://BudgetReseller.com or http://BudgetHost.ca My custom DNS were pointing at the wrong IP....with the solution to point them to the correct IP (remember this was my own fault as I disregarded the email sent....)

I was here posting elsewhere and LUMPY from http://BudgetReseller.com or http://BudgetHost.ca PM'd me to tell me to redirect my DNS to proper IP, apologizing for what was my own fault.

I posted, went and corrected my negligence over at GODADDY, inserting the updated IP as given for my custom DNS (free with Lumpy) and all websites reappeared in a few MINUTES!

I was notified my sites were back up!

I was so impressed I sent the support email log to ACCUBURST who is the WORST run company I have ever seen hosting to demonstrate mature, fast, caring, comptent, concerned, efficient, prompt tech support as I received from Ben, Josh and Greg (aka LUMPY) at http://BudgetReseller.com or http://BudgetHost.caas I have not seen service any better than http://BudgetReseller.com or http://BudgetHost.ca reseller support in my life!

A girl could get very spoiled by these Canadians (Greg, Phil and Josh) over at http://BudgetReseller.com or http://BudgetHost.ca

A BIG THANK-YOU FOR SUPER GOOD (and FAST) TECH SUPPORT AND SERVICE FROM http://BudgetReseller.com or http://BudgetHost.ca

If you guys see this pat yourselves on the backs!

Genuinely SUPERIOR communication, service, reliability and the price was XCELLENT when I purchased it!:santa2:

Great review, Michelle.

It does not surprise me to see that you are happy with BudgetReseller. Greg has a good head on his shoulders. A friend of mine hosts a site with Greg and, to the best of my knowledge, is very happy there (a year or more later).

I appreciate the kind words Michelle. I am not sure whether to take the name Lumpy as a compliment or not. :p I think you mean Lubby, maybe I should change it.

Appreciate the kind words as well Simon.

http://BudgetReseller.com or http://BudgetHost.caAre you trying to increase their pages' link popularity or something? :D

It looks like they have one server the primary is mercury.

I hope they arent hosting clients site + primary site as its a huge security risk in a shared environment.

http://www.oursupportcenter.com/uptime.php shows three servers.

We need to update our public uptime monitoring site.

Just to note the Mercury server shown is not online anymore, its being moved to a new datacenter. There would be a lot of negative threads if we actually had 91% uptime this month. ;)

I am so sorry.....
I guess it is a GOOD SGN if your clients have so little contact with you that they FORGOT your name....but it is a bit MUCH that I decided to RENAME you!

I host http://rustbelt.us as the custom NS for other hosted domains there.
NS1.rusbelt.us NS2.rustbelt.us

Well I can be a bit of a ditz....Losing emails to redirect custom DNS IP.....Renaming the OWNER of the company from "LUBBY" to "LUMPY"....Not knowing WHICH of two companies I buy from...
And I DO NOT drink or do drugs!

I got a follow-up today fro JAYSON, who apparently was notifying me that According to :
http://BudgetReseller.com or http://BudgetHost.ca

All my sites were up and running just fine and to notify them if I experienced any further difficulties!

Honestly, I just decided to trythe hosring over there based on LUBBY's posts around here. I have been satisfied since!
