I've just redesigned my site (http://www.pdacenter.net). I still feel that it's missing "something." It could be me, but I feel as if it's lacking in comparison to some of my competitors (http://www.brighthand.com, http://www.pdabuzz.com, http://www.pocketnow.com to name a few). If anyone would be willing to help out, and redesign it in a better fashion, I would appreciate it. I don't want a total overhaul, because I've already done that. Just making some design changes.

How much would you charge, and would you be willing to exchange the design for free advertising on the site? Thanks!!

LASTLY: (Thanks Chang Lee for the suggestion) I'm trying to keep the budget under $100. (To tell you the truth, the cheaper, the better, because I'm low on $$ now.) I would be more than happy to exchange a cheaper price for free advertising on my site, or even better, a free design for even more free advertising on the site.

my suggestion:

in the drop down menu, it would look much better if the OVER mouse effect on each option, like the background changes when the mouse is on a link.

you will attract more web design offers if you specifically mention your design budget in your post. hope that helps. :)
