Guys, I have had enough of this!

Yahoo! is dying but it seems like it will take us all to be burried along with it.

I am losing my time, sleep and money with my problem at Yahoo! - I mean every word of this.

Does any of you have the contacts (email or phone) of high level people working at Yahoo!? I don't care if it is Jerry Yang, Terry Samuels or anyone. I will just contact those people and get myself out of the mess they have created for me.

The smaller ones (Yahoo! small business customer care) are just incompetent and careless to solve the problem. I have sent them 10 emails and wasted 7+hours in my calls to them in last 7 days.

Yahoo! has the most pathetic customer care on the planet and the whole of internet is littered with their incompetency. I need a solution to my problem and I cannot afford to call them and waste my time and money on them anymore because I live in Europe. Please provide the contact address of a senior Yahoo! person. I am a very small level person and hence I don't have the big talks and money to take any sort of legal action. :( :*

This is what happens when you go with cheap registrars, unfortunately. You get no support.

Heck, Yahoo isn't even a registrar. But there's nothing to stop them from going into
this kind of business.

You perhaps care to specify what issues you have, iwanttolearn?

I spent 9+ USD on the domain. And 8+ USD on private registration. Earlier I was paying 10+ USD per month for Business Mail...but later cancelled the Business Mail service and just kept the Domain and Privacy.

For my other domains and all I pay soooo much to Yahoo!

Well, now can I expect some service?

if you tell your problem here, maybe you could get some help from other people's experiences
