3 Months. Still can't get the site published.....can't get a return email - and I have yet to see anyone even ONCE in the "Live Helper". Funny how they keep taking the monthly $19.95 but can't answer a simple email. I sure wish I could get our site published. I can't even transfer my domain - because they will not email me a password for the account. Seems as if I need to supply a new host this information....and I can't get it.
I would not recommend Webnax. :bawling:
Wow, thats not good... Sounds like a scam to me.
You paid with a credit card right? If so, I'd do a chageback and find a new host.
I feel for you man...:(

I would have been gone 2 1/2 months ago.. I would suggest you contact them tell them you are going to give them 48 hours to refund your money and close your account and if not you will issue a chargeback.

OKIHost: Ok, will do. Thank you. What happens to my domain name IF I can get them to cancel me? I doubt this will happen since I can't get a return email - and I've never seen anyone on LiveHelper. I will proceed with a chargeback. Thanks for the tip.

Well hopefully you did not register your domain name through them.. If so your chances are slim to none of getting it back. This is why I always suggest to people that you host with one company and register your domain with another, alot of immature hosts sometimes decide to hold your domain "hostage" due to the fact that you are transferring to another company. The only way to really get it back is to do a whois and see if you are the contact on it.. then contacts the domain registrant. If you registered your domain outside of your hosting company you will just need to switch your nameservers once you find a suitable host.. good luck
