I'm asking because I have found a professional looking template but it will be sold to other web sites owners than me - at a lower price, off course. So my question is - is it worth it? Hoping for some input.

Thanks
John

It depends how many people it is being sold too, personally i would only buy one if i was going to be the only owner

Most of designers declare that the template will be sold to one client only ...

I believe it is a cost effective method to have a Professional look in your web hosting site

nogi there were some really good templates advertised the other day, i dont have the link to the thread but i have the link to the post. They were to be sold once only.

it has to be for ONLY one site, i think that should be fair.

Thanks for your input and for the link - those templates looks good. I wonder if they are sold only to one company - it would be the best, off course, but may be difficult at that price.

I guess we all agreee that a unique template is definately better than an non-unique, but choosing a non-unique template could be a good idea if you're prepared to do some design yourself. You're buying a template instead of a complete design, and in my experience there's almost always some details I would do different in a template, so you'd probably have to design small parts of it anyway.
