Hey today i ordered a reseller from tealhost.com 50 GB Space 300 GB BW for 2.65 $ USD yes i know its over selling i just wanted to try them to see if they rip people

Of course they did lol they ripped me in their TOS it said noting about not installing cron jobs or panels using root access that mean they will not install anyone a cron job and it says no refund of course they put that right now cause i threaten him on msn i am going to contact paypal on it

http://tealhost.com/policies.html (http://tealhost.com/policies.html)

They said their policies is not the TOS is just there to protect their server cause its runes by it i don't know what that mean but i dont care but now they say its their tos as you can see they added the part with panels since i threaten them

I am very happy i see the rip off i don't care about the 2.65 $ wow noting to me at all i knew i was losing these money anyways

Childish host just warning everyone don't buy from them i filled a complain to paypal and i am on the phone with them right now i wont file a complain to fraud.org cause its wow 2.65 $ USD

I love these scams i will keep ordering people host that i think its a scame and report it http://www.freewebspace.net/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif prob gonna dev a site for it

Firstly, I doubt paypal will be able to do anything in this situation because he could simply tell paypal that the 'item' is webhosting meaning non-tangible.

I don't know why you wanted to throw your money out like that even if it's just 2.65 and you knew it was bound to happen. I guess you learned your lesson :)

i know the lesson it just i dont know these people are dumb look his website look at the polices what it says

"WE ARE NOT RESPONSABLE FOR ANYTHING MISSED ON THIS PAGE."

Every host admin have to be responsable to put all the Terms he want in the tos or am i wrong

"WE ARE NOT RESPONSABLE FOR ANYTHING MISSED ON THIS PAGE."

What does that actually mean? Doesn't make sense!

Anything not on paper, the owner is responsible for it. They can't even spell a word right. What a joke.

Personally, I would consider this a waste of money just signing up with web hosting companies to see if they rip-off people or not! You go through more hassle with getting a refund than its worth! Take your money and invest it into something worth-your-while.

Thanks for the find though ;).

I guess your $2.65 was well spent to prove you're right from the beginning. What are you planning on doing now? Looking for a new host?

How about if you look at there site, you see that the forum is not installed, and you are able to install it. I love when newer hosting company start the tend to try to sell before debuging and make sure engine is stable becuase attempting to add people on to the train..... good luck.....

I think a lot of newer host makes there site too bulky... I think a simple design using basic HTML layout and integrate it with template engine... then optimized it to fit your engine you use to do billing and ordering.
