I'm a lover of good cinema, and see a dozen or two movies per month. However, there are a number of "big time" films I've never, ever seen -- either at the theater or at home. So from the top 50 grossing movies of all time, here are my UNSEEN films:

"Titanic"
"Star Wars: Episode I"
"Star Wars: Episode II - Attack of the Clones"
"Jurassic Park"
"The Lost World: Jurassic Park"
"Twister"
"Pearl Harbor"
"Pretty Woman" (only because Big Mouth is in it)
"Dances with Wolves" (only because Costner is in it)

What about yours?

I'm proud to say I haven't seen any of the following:

"Titanic"
"Pearl Harbor"
"Pretty Woman"

Please don't hold it against me that I've seen the Jurassic Park movies. :stickout I can't believe you've never seen Dances With Wolves though, that was great.

By the way, what's the best movie ever made?

I'll definately have to go with a tie between "Dumb & Dumber", "Night at the Roxbury", and "Office Space"!

Haha, Freddy got fingered!?!

I'm sure it'd win in the sickest humour category!

Oh well, at least you're a 311 fan! :) Pump up the Omaha Stylee.

According to this chart (http://movies.yahoo.com/hv/boxoffice/latest/rank.html) I've seen each of the top 50 movies except for Ocean's Eleven. (Which happens to be the 50th.)

Oh so you've heard of them also! You're like the first person I've met that actually likes 311...

Wow this day is special :D

Heard of them? I've been an addict for quite some time. I say I'm a 311 nut, but I won't compare to my friend who got "Omaha" on his left arm, "Stylee" on his right. He's also got omahastylee.com, but you could say that's definately a piece of work in progress.

That's taking it a bit far. :)

I've never seen a Sylvester Stallone movie.
You're lucky. Total it's a couple hours of my life I'll never get back. :(

Only two of those I haven't seen is

Star Wars: Episode II and Pearl Harbor.

I'm so obsessed with Jurassic Park, I even saw the crappy third movie. :stickout

I say Lord of the Rings is the best movie I've seen in a long time, though. :)

Oh yeah, sorry to be off the topic kinda, but I think Wayne's World 2 deserves the respect of webhosts worldwide. In the words of Garth, "Is that a UNIX book?"

Best movie ever made? Hmmmm, very difficult. There are movies that I can watch over and over again -- but not sure if they're the "best ever made".

I could watch "12 Angry Men" and "Glengarry Glenn Ross" and probably "Sling Blade" over and over and over and never tire of them. And speaking of GGR, I could probably watch just about any Mamet film over and over.

"Glengarry Glenn Ross"
Ah, so are you a "Boiler Room" fan? I didn't even think about that one. Definately near the top of the list.

"Boiler Room" was OK. Can't touch "GGR" though...man, what a film. It's no wonder Mamet won the Pulitzer Prize for "Glengarry Glen Ross" in 1984.

And what an all-star powerhouse lineup of talent:

Al Pacino, Kevin Spacey, Alec Baldwin, Jack Lemmon, Ed Harris, Alan Arkin, Jonathan Pryce...

The film's title doesn't really draw anyone in -- it doesn't have any "sizzle". In fact, sounds like some Scottish period piece. I'm glad I decided to rent it years ago, and now I've probably seen it a dozen times.

Unfortunately, it isn't yet available on DVD. When it is, I'm buying.
