This seems like a pretty good price for UK webhosting, but do you have a decent service level agreement in place for your network?

On any dedicated server we can offer a 99.9% network uptime promise and a guaranteed 4 hour response time for hardware problems. This is usually available by negotiation, though has proved so popular we will shortly introduce it as a basic feature on all servers.
