ScottD 06-24-2002, 11:03 AM ensim = python hsphere = java servlets and perl I'm fairly certain that a good deal of cpanel was written in C, though that is just a guess. blacknight 06-24-2002, 02:35 PM Originally posted by The Prohacker Webmin = perl ((I think)) [/B] At least 99% Perl as far as I can tell. jeffrylee 06-25-2002, 12:21 AM Oh, Im surprised! I thought its a low level language like C or Assembly. cperciva 06-25-2002, 12:27 AM They probably don't know how to code in C. They almost certainly don't know how to code in (any) assembly language. A control panel really doesn't require much programming knowledge to produce. Sad as it is, most people judge by aesthetics -- a bug-ridden heap which looks good will win out over a solid system which isn't as pretty. YUPAPA 06-25-2002, 12:45 AM Perl & Bash Scripting! :) jeffrylee 06-25-2002, 04:19 AM I should make using PHP a control panel like cpanel and named it jpanel and sell it for $10/month, i hope others will replace their cpanel to my jpanel.. then i can be rich $$$ Bwa ha ha ha!! :D ckpeter 06-25-2002, 10:06 AM Good luck.
