View Full Version : *throws fists up high* I'm not fraud!

I came back from talking to my bank. I brought my statements with me:

I don't have "chargeback" on either one of my checking accounts that came with my debit card. :D

Secondly, they laughed the moment I told them that NameCheap thought that I photochopped/shopped my bank statements.

Thirdly, this comes as a relief for me. Now all I need to do, is print all the evidence I can find, and take it to my bank! Yippie.

Now, I can stop resisting, because nothing's on my account!

But its not time for a celebration, yet. More's to come. So, Richard. You have nothing on me. Nothing.

Save your breath

You have better luck waiting for hell to freeze

Here are some links you may wish to try

BBB of California

http://www.labbb.org/BBBWeb/Forms/Complaint/ComplaintDetail.aspx?CompanyID=13216498&sm=

ICANN

They are not a registrar but Choose ENOM since namecheap resells for them
http://reports.internic.net/cgi/registrars/problem-report.cgi

Also to file a complaint with the attorney general in california

# Call our Consumer Information Center at 1-800-952-5210 to have a complaint form mailed to you, OR
# File your complaint online by selecting the Mediation Center nearest to you

Good luck

Don't charge backs happen on credit cards not bank accounts? NameCheap accepts debit cards?

It can happen on both. Interestingly enough their BBB rating was F

Don't you mean "mediation center"? Or did you really mean what you said? :D

Well, that's interesting, Fiesty. But didn't you say in one of your previous posts you
got what you wanted anyway despite what happened?

Because if that's the case, then this issue looks moot. Looks, anyway.

But...do whatever makes you happy.

But Namecheap only accepts PayPal or credit cards - so I don't see how checking bank accounts or debit cards proves anything.

Namecheap only has an F because they didn't respond to 7 of 9 BBB complaints. My feelings are that the BBB is just protection type racket charging businesses $ so they can display the logo to customers who think the BBB means something. Local BBB's are essentially local money making franchises collecting dues and adhering to head office rules.

namecheap at BBB: labbb.org/BBBWeb/Forms/Business/CompanyReportPage_Expository.aspx?CompanyID=13216498

Add http:www. to the line above. I'm not allowed to make it a live link because the BBB does not allow deep linking to their website and could sue WHT. (really)

Exactly Techno,

We've had 9 complaints in 6 years of operations serving hundreds of thousands of clients that have over half a million domains currently under management with us. You'd be hard pressed to find another company with similar numbers with so little complaints as that.

We do not reply to the BBB because we do not agree with their practices of taking complaints from individuals and posting them without investigating the complaintants themselves, which in most cases are either fraudsters seeking revenge against our company or people simply looking to tarnish our reputation like feisty here. All anyone needs to do is is google our company and they'll find more than enough information about our company. You can also find plenty of non biased reviews here http://www.namepros.com/registerindex.php?detail=20 .

Franksredhot, I've seen many backhanded comments from you regarding our company on these boards but until now I have not addressed them. Why not get your agenda out in the open and be done with it once and for all.

Feisty, we've been asking you to contact your bank for close to a year and your domains have long since expired and yet now, you are claiming to go to your bank? You've also posted in other threads here that you long closed that bank account and you no longer used it. If you'd like I can look that up for you.

You have also, many times over, lied to us and refused to provide us your valid contact information even though it us part of our terms of service. The one time you did provide us with a phone number it was false and you claimed your carrier was down at that time.

You also claimed that you were hearing impaired and you were waiting for your hearings aids that you were to receive a week later so therefore you couldn't talk on the phone. After a week your next excuse was that you did not want your mother to find out what you were up to online. Seriously, even if the above were true, how many excuses and stalling are we expected to endure?

We went above and beyond what this situation required for over a year.

By the way feisty,

Here's a post were you claimed that you were going to your bank 6 months ago:

http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showpost.php?p=3907736&postcount=17

And Here's another thread were you claimed you closed the account then you re-opened but they were "dead". :

http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showpost.php?p=4214027&postcount=29

Also, in that last post, weren't you at the bank then as well? What's new from then to now? Why weren't your bankers chuckling at the situation back then as opposed to now like you claim and why didn't you get the situation cleared up then when you were closing your account?

How dare you threaten me to look up information about me? HOW dare you?

I swear, if I find out you touch anything related to my name, address, or any records attached to my name, I will file a full-on lawsuit against you. You have NO authority to touch anything related to my name. Everything I ever gave to your company is MY true address, my true phone number, and my true name.

I have a feeling its already too late for me to issue this warning, because you said "if you'd like I can find out for you?" Leads me to believe you've already done it, before you even issued that statement.
You have also, many times over, lied to us and refused to provide us your valid contact information even though it us part of our terms of service. The one time you did provide us with a phone number it was false and you claimed your carrier was down at that time.
LIED TO YOU? That's it, You're officially a liar. I put my phone number in my emails, I GAVE you that proof twice, and you tell me I'm lying? For god's sakes I gave your company my full address. I was SO against giving away my address to companies.

It WAS down. I swear dude. I hear another lie about me, I'll destroy your reputation even further than I already have. Keep pushing me, Richard. Do it, I dare you. I DARE you.

Are you trying to defame my character by telling sensitive information that I SPECIFICLY asked your employees to keep quiet about? That's it. Just do one more questionable action against me, Richard. I swear. I'm not holding back anymore. I'm not going to hold back on anything anymore. I'm done. Test me with another threatening, thought provoking action...I will take action...I won't say which one: Destroy your reputation, or file a legal action. I GAVE you information about me, IN CONFIDENCE. Now, I'm betrayed by a reputable company, I feel violated.

That's it, dude. Give me one last blow. One. last. blow. Consider this your final warning, Richard, I tried to hold back on taking any action against you for a year now, you should not have gone too far. You crossed a line that you should not have in the first place. Thanks, Richard. You gave me enough case already.

I trusted your company, and your company violated your own privacy policy.

You ALREADY have my true identity, you idiot. Its RIGHT in front of your desk at NameCheap. And, for the record, I don't owe you nothing, Richard, I already paid you all the money. In fact, the bank claims that you're just confirming that you recieved my payment, but I don't think that's the case. I'll start collecting all the evidence, and talk to the superiors at my bank.

And, by the way, it won't help your case by revealing sensitive info about me, that I asked your company in confidence not to reveal, yet you do it on their behalf, and that's only going to hurt you in the court battle. I mean, you claim that I've lied, but the truth was sitting on your desk all along.

And, this is the first time I've ever heard a company ever wanting a lawsuit, or welcoming it for that matter. In fact, it pisses them off, but you're calm about it. Either you're drunk, smoking pot, or you're crazy.

Enough of your worthless banter and threats. Please file your lawsuit so we can finally find out your true identity and take the proper action against you.

So, JUST because I'm using a special debit card, that works like a creditcard, I'm automaticly fraud? Might as well sue the rest of your fanbase, and tell them not to use your services. Because I know there are a lot of people who don't have creditcards, they only have one option: Using a debitcard.

I gave you a warning, and I'm sticking with that last blow stipulation. Right now, I don't have stability to even do this right now, I was sick, now I'm suffering the aftermath: running nose. So, I'm waiting for your next move, Richard.

The ball isn't in my court to even begin with, so make your move. I warned you, its in YOUR court. I'm the "wait and see" kind of guy, before I file a lawsuit. That's just what happened the last six months now. You already did two strikes, make your third strike, and I'll see a lawyer.

Its cute how everyone assumes something about me, and automaticly paints me as a bad guy. Its cute. If I was moderator of this forum, I'd ban you all for getting into a dispute, which doesn't involve you. You guys stuck your nose where it doesn't belong. Bravo, people.

It's funny you're choosing to side with a fraudster. Fitting is the better word as that is what it takes for you to jump in a post to take a swipe at our reputation.

Judging from the rest of your posts around here, arrogance and snide comments are par for the course for you.

I guess the "Save your breath You have better luck waiting for hell to freeze" comment is your interpretation of walking the fence on this issue.

I've already offered to post all our communication with feisty here that shows his lies and flip flopping but he refuses.

You posted this on a PUBLIC FORUM meaning you will get responses from the PUBLIC. You come here and bash this company but get mad when they post to defend themselves? Now its all up to you to decide if you want to push me or not, because I gave you a fair two strikes warning. I wanted to play by ear, play by character, you prove what I have been saying all along.

Those links don't prove me wrong, those links back up what I said. You see, you fail to even show me proof that I charged back on your company, solely because you wanted to use my admittance of the fact that I used a debit card, and that was against the rules at NameCheap.

I didn't use a normal debit card, dude. It was a one of a kind card, because, my old union card didn't allow the things that I was allowed to do with my now-old card.

I don't care about the other responses, but the responses that defended NameCheap on their behalf? And resorted to labeling me as different types of characters? C'mon, you can do better than that.

Baby? I'm not the one who wanted a wired transfer of 200 bucks through e-mail (which is a red flag, if you haven't noticed - I don't trust companies who ask for a wired transfer). You NEVER give away your card number on a few month's notice. Never. That's the red flag. 200 bucks over a 8.88 domain is extremely excessive, and I'm not the only one who thought that.

I didn't know about the chargeback, until one of my sites went down (but the second and third domains were up, functioning), I investigated the issue with my server, found nothing wrong with the server, and then went into my domain account, what'd I find? A blocked screen. No access, no nothing. Not even to the other two domains stuck in that account.

This is really getting old. Feisty if you feel you were legitimately cheated somehow go take it to court and prove yourself. If not please stop wasting all our time with your own threats. I've done business with Richard before and from all my experiences he has been quite fair and gone above and beyond for some issues for me personally. I believe he probably does a lot of that hence the strong reputation he has around these parts and across other domain/web forums as well. Everyone runs into troubles, ive seen lots here, but Richard has generally helped them out in the past and seems to work out things quite quickly, yours seems to be quite a different case. Why? Reading all these posts I can hazard a guess, but I will keep my opinion to myself.
