We install the OS, handle the Network, hardware, and reboots. Anything else is handled by you.

Support cost $40/15minutes and it is handed by our team of ONLY tier3 techs. We do not employ tier1 techs at this time.


How much is KVM/IP rental/day/hour?

We do not rent KVM/IP, however on the woodcrests it can be added to your server for a one time fee of 150$
