One time upgrade fees can be arranged but generally, we require a low monthly cost. Cpanel is $99/month.

Multihomed on what kind of connections? How many customers do you have to be able to afford multihomed? Is the datacenter yours or are you just reselling...

One connection to UUnet and one to Savvis. Data center is owned, manned, and operated by us. Third Savvis line coming in early July.

I have ordered one of these systems and it is a Celeron.

That is correct. We use all Celeron 1.2 ghz+ processors (depending on availability, we choose between 1.2/1.3/1.4). These have 256 kb of cache on a 0.13 micron tualatin core. They perform almost identically, if not superior (depending on clock), to a P3 1000. The only downside is their default fsb of 100 as opposed to 133, which gives the P3 its slight performance advantage. However, this fsb difference is overshadowed by the Celeron's improved core, equal cache, and increased clock speed.
