I guess this is for the UK population only.. sorry all you other chaps :)

Well, what im basically looking for is a company that provides 0870 numbers, but that can be re-routed in REAL TIME, via sms/web based admin or something like that.

I know there are a lot of places out there that offer 0870 numbers but i have yet to find one that does allow the number to be changed "on the fly"

Any of you people know of a company that does?

Take a look at Yac's "Call Management"

(On 0870, 0845, 0800) Call Management provides users with high added value functionality without having to buy and support additional onsite equipment.

I know their free service, "YAC Number" allows real time changing of where the calls are directed via a web interface, so I presume the pay service allows you to do the same thing but with an 0870 number.
