I definitely have plans to speak with a CPA and a Lawyer, how ever I was looking for any type of book that would provide a solid foundation of details as far as the legal and accounting process. Any of your suggestions would be great, thanks.

I'm thinking of putting up my own one-man LLC myself. Based on my own searches, NOLO (www.nolo.com) seems to have the best materials on putting up an LLC. Some of their books include: "Form Your Own Limited Liability Company", "LLC Maker", "Nolo's Quick LLC", "Your Limited Liablity Company: An Operating Manual". These are available at Borders or Barnes and Noble, or you can just go to the NOLO site and do a search on LLC. It will give you tons of info about LLCs. Software and e-book downloads are available as well. Hope this helps!
