Maybe someone has experienced the problem me and my customer have. After cpanel to cpanel transfer when we access the forum the got some kind of errors:

Warning: fwrite(): supplied argument is not a valid File-Handle resource in /home/tcampos/public_html/forum/index_add.php on line 30

Warning: fclose(): supplied argument is not a valid File-Handle resource in /home/tcampos/public_html/forum/index_add.php on line 31

Warning: Cannot add header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/tcampos/public_html/forum/index_add.php:29) in /home/tcampos/public_html/forum/index_add.php on line 32

I am REALLY taking a guess here, but it appears the files need to have write access

ya looks like a CHMOD issue, did you change servers or what??
