One of our servers is not responding to IP or anything, although http://www.serverhost.com is still online (Same network i believe)
Submitted a 911 email over an hour ago with no response as yet...... is anyone else having problems with serverHost?

Can't contact Jkehe to find out.

Is your server located @ Global Compass ?

I was just in the data center at 7:20 AM EDT, I wish I had known when I was there. Unfortunately, I was on the road until just a few minutes ago, and that's why I didn't respond until just now. Had you called in your request, it would have been handled promptly.

All is well, problem was solved by Jeff - it took a while but I was offerred a credit for the downtime, one months service credit.

Unfortunately I cancelled the server, but the support seems to have improved somewhat I have to say.

RE: called in, 911@serverhost.com is a pager right?
