hi i'm setting up my own web design site soon and thought it would be a good idea to have a few sites made already so that i can show my future customers an idea of what i'm about.
so i'm offering cheap professional web design with flash etc if you need it to customers.
i have 3yrs experience in making sites and believe i'm very accomplished in doing it

At this moment in time i do not have any examples avaiable on the web for you to see, that is why as Barry says i'm doing this so cheap so that people will be able to look to see what i can do.
To start with i will design the layout for your site free sending a jpg of it and then if your happy with it then i can do the whole site for you.

It's hard to put a price on how much it will cost as i don't know how many pages, graphics etc the site has, if your interested tell me about the site and make an offer of how much your prepared to pay and i will get back to you on it. I mean if you just want a couple of pages made i will do it for free. And use i do believe i'm good at what i do better than the majority of web designer sites and their sites they've done.

I believe that statement clearly shows that he hasn't had any actual PROFESSIONAL experience within the 3 years he's been designing.

He's offering cheap design ***for the purposes of building his portfolio****... so what in the world do you gain by attacking him for not being professional?!?! You are the ones demonstrating that you are vacuous and puerile, not him.
If you can't say anything nice, go hang out on slashdot or something...
