I've developed this template and looking to sell it.

Little bit about it first:

It will be sliced and optimized for fast loading. IT WILL STRETCH ACROSS ALL RESOLUTIONS 100%. Changes can be made to suit the buyers needs. A full site can be developed from this template if needed for a negotiated price. Winning bidder will received the html files, gifs, jpegs, and PSDs...all the typical stuff.

Nice work. :) I was just wondering... when you find your buyer, will this person only get a one-page HTML file? What about the PSD? How about the other pages? I am confused. :)

The winning bidder will get all the goods...the html file, the psd's for images and site template, all other images...everything.

An internal template for other pages, add (edit...was $40) $30 on to the final bid price.

Hope that clears it up.

"Site's template" means a PSD with all the layers of the page you showed us, right? Not just a PSD of the images but the whole page layout. Is this correct?

Here's exactly what you will get:

-html file
-css file if used externally
-psd of whole layout (edit....yes all layers, not just single image)
-psd of each image that may require customization (ex: psd of each hosting package)
-all gifs
-all jpegs
-you'll get everything you need

That answer the question?

Okay so this has been up for 2 days and had some good comments on it, but no bids?

I'm open to suggestions and stuff so if you're wondering if anything can be done, ask and the answer will most likely be yes. If you would like to buy the template right out instead of bidding, make an offer!

Hope this template sells! I really thing it is a good template and not a cookie cutter site like so many hosting sites are!
