Just before I forget to post here my experiences with Freeola & GetDotted so it might be in use for others here.
Take care for this company as they are fake!
They charged me 20 pounds for ONE DNS change!
They have no email support and their staff, if you get them on the phone shouts!
So friends, be warned for their cheap domain names offers.

I don't quite get your story... DNS changes are mostly done by the customers and are free.

Yes I know, you just go to the control user panel and here you go..
Also they do not let any one transfer out, a typical UK snop bull****
