Yes we do have 2 shared SQL options or a full dedicated SQL server. These are options under the Windows 2003 check box in our configurator. Let me know if you have any questions.

Actually the $100 discount is applied equally at all of the different setup fee price points. So if you choose not to pay a setup fee you are still receiving the $100 discount off the regular price without paying for setup. I hope that helps clarify. Please let me know if you have any questions.

The URL that you are using applys a coupon code to our shopping cart, every price that you see (that qualifies) has ALREADY had $100 removed from our regular price. If you were to simply go to our website, without clicking on the link in this ticket, you would see that the prices are all $100 more expensive.

For example:
