This is one of my first post, so be nice with me :-)
I have a vps with Web Host Manager / CPanel for its administration running Fedora.
I want to install a ticket support system for the clients (web based). And I am wondering if there is something that integrates with whm/cpanel for adding automatically the users from it and I dont have to worry about users must do a second registration to use it...
Any ideas ?

ps: Something opensource/free for start (because I am in my first steps and I have only expenses and no income yet) it would be prefferred. :-)

Not sure if you can register cpanel pro for a vps (Click on add on modules in WHM ) if you can then register it and set up the support desk included with WHM to work from your clients cpanels.

If you use RVSKIN and AWBS or MB billing software when I think you can add their support systems to Cpanel.
