Hello I did a transfer from melbourneit to ipowerweb. When I did the domain transfer It also said that if my transfer was from melbourneit it would take 24-48 hours. When I email them they said to wait 60 days. What is the wait with the 60 days.

Domain was freshly registered? If so, it is an ICANN rule that you can't transfer domains that are less than 60 days 'old'. OR transferred in the last 60 days.
