I've seen a company provide a 1 hour hardware replacement guarantee but can't think of it at the moment... it's quite hard pushed to get a 1 hour guarantee though as finding a tech to install it and actually taking it off the shelve etc takes time.

There are companies that provide a 2 hour hardware replacement guarantee, and these are Rackspace (http://www.rackspace.com/) and Dialtone (http://www.dialtone.com/).

Rackspace can normally do things very fast, and if you really need it, you can get a 1 hour turn around time. Rackspace is probably the best choice for you.

I've had hardware added and changed within the last two weeks with my Nocster server. Everytime it's only taken an hour or less. If you contact the right people they will get it done fast.

NixHosting, how long have you had the Nocster server for? Usually I wouldn't expect hardware to fail that easily, unless the whole batch was bad. I've only had hardware replaced at Rackspace once during the last 8-9 months, it was due to one of the processors I think (after 6 months of use), but they replaced the RAM, motherboard and processors in one go to make sure that it worked properly afterwards :).

Nothing failed just jad them add more ram and upgrade the cpu.
