Hi All,

Are there any templates out there for setting up a Knowledge Base... It is obviously very in depth so would it mean setting up a whole new db dediacted to a KB... I want to do something like this one http://kb.mediatemple.net/

MT is using Lore program - there are lot of FAQ/KB scripts out there (free or paid) and you can customise them through css, header/footer wrappers etc.

Make a search at hotscripts.com and I am pretty sure you will find a solution to fit your needs!

That would be the easiest solution if you already use them ;)
