Hey im new and I would like to post in Webhosting Offers section and also be able to pm other members, why can't I? Why am I not allowed?

Actually..they were being friendly. Trust me...there are people on this board who *live* to be rude and downright mean. If you are here long enough...you might have a run-in with one or two of them. They are pretty rare..I'm happy to report. :)
