I am having a weird issue on my page where in Firefox it shows up fine but in IE it cuts itself off. Could anybody take a look at http://www.lululocal.com/register.php and help me figure out why this is happening?

Fixed. It was the IE peekaboo bug. Fixed by adding position:relative; to the two floated containers.
