Hi All,
From looking around and reading lots of threads, it seems like Plesk is pretty popular... Is it a draw back however that it doesn't have any kind of billing software with it? Is it better to get an 'all-in-one' type of software that does both billing & hosting management?

You can easily use another billing system like ClientExec/Modernbill to manage billing and automate almost all provisioning for a PSA server.
4PSA hosting manager is another option.. as well as SWsoft's HSPcomplete which uses Virtuozzo and Plesk.
I personally use clientexec with plesk.

So do I ignore the Client login features that MB offers? And just let them log into there accounts through Plesk? Or will clients need to login into Plesk for account management and then log into MB for billing managaement?

yep you'll have two separate login pages.
I know it sucks, but that's the way it is ...
alternatively, you could make sure mb (or ce) and plesk have the same login/password, and then make a login script that connects on the same page (let's say a page with two includes) mb and plesk, that should be possible in my own opinion :o

Ahhhhh bummer! So my clients will need to see both login pages as well? If they have a billing query they have to login into MB and if they have a server query they have to login into Plesk?

Ahhhh I see! That's so unfortunate... Is this the only solution that we all know of?
