Now they are all going to Namecheap. About two, three months ago at RF was the last straw when they kept me onhold for 30 minutes by some dumb woman that didn't know a thing and a renewal came back as "failed". All RF email ads now go right into the junk bin. fewcoin stub 11-20-2006, 07:02 PM Transferring away has always worked flawlessly for me to :) stub 11-20-2006, 07:04 PM Transferring away has always worked flawlessly for me to :) After a while you'll need to request support to delete the names no longer in your account (by quoting specific domains) else it get harder to know what exactly is still left in your account. The support request has always worked flawlessly for me to :) fewcoin 11-20-2006, 07:30 PM Hi Stu, Yes, I know, it got very confusing which had been transferred or not. I had to finally make a printed list and I check off which domains are gone. I've been transferring blocks of ten domains sorted by coming renewal dates first. These people at RF don't seem to realize, good support is greatly to their advantage. Then, I wouldn't mind a few bumps along the way. (If it weren't for Regfly, a few of my domains would have been in dire situations) fewcoin Dan541 11-20-2006, 09:48 PM they Probably havent felt the financial pinch yet but with so many cusormers withdrawing from them in a short timespan there mayb financial trouble later on! stub 11-20-2006, 10:20 PM I've always had good support from RegisterFly with every issue I've opened a ticket for. Must be the tone in which some people ask :( "You scum-sucking b*st*rds are stealing my money and my domains", doesn't cut it too well with any support ;) If only people didn't leave everything to the last minute before renewing domains there would be ample time to sort these (known) problems out Dan541 11-20-2006, 11:07 PM I've always had good support from RegisterFly with every issue I've opened a ticket for. Been there, done that... NOT from RegisterFly, *of course*. ;) |
