Just thought I'd throw my 2 cents in... I've been using EOT2 (trial version) for a few days now. So far I think its great! It works through firewalls and displays all the information I need.

I had been using ClickChatSold, but with all the server down time lately, it hasn't worked out. This way with EOT, I still get to monitor traffic and just use ICQ and YIM for customer chats.
