I surfing around for vps and dedi box which comes with helm cp. Do a yahoo and google and search here but don't seem to find too much host providing helm. Most windows box would come with plesk.

Am wondering why is helm that unpopular. Is there some issue with helm?

I am not sure that it's Helm that's unpopular with VPS. I would say that Windows is the one that's not that popular with VPS providers. The ones that do provide Windows VPS, might lean more towards Plesk for ease of installation on a Virtuozzo based VPS.

I believe HELM is best control panel as per windows. The HELM 4 has many issues with features and I'm sure that the older version has no problem and helm CP is very easy to administer both from client end and Admin end.

Check handynetworks- Famous Windows helm hosting provider. Have heard lot of good things about them.
