Hi, well ive been trying my hand at some animated banners using Photoshop and to be honest im suprised at how easy it is (copy frame, change a few things etc...)

But now im trying new things with and im curious about one thing, see these banners:

How do they get that blurred effect on the text between frames?

Also any other tips or suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

You do a blur, motion tween, and keep making frames. It's pretty simple. <<snip>>

Thats what im asking though, could you be a little more specific as to how the blur and motion tweed? is acheived?

I dont know of any step by step banner creators but ive heard something called Gimp is a good free alternative to Photoshop.
