I'm trying to determine who to go with for a reseller package. Choices so far are either Voxtreme or Nocster. Both have similar pricing and features. What experiences have you all had with these companies? Any advice?

Thanks!

Matt

I would recommend Voxtreme without doubt.

Their support is great, most of the time its very quick, they always answer in a friendly manner and only close the ticket when they are sure you are happy.

Their uptime from what I can tell, has been great the last few months.

I've very happy overall with my Voxtreme experience.

Haven't been with Nocster but I'd definetly recommand Voxtreme at this moment in time.

Does voxtreme offer unlimited MySQL databases with each reseller account?
What level of support can I expect? My experience is mainly in Windows OS.

Thanks,
Peter

The support is one of the best things at Voxtreme. Its quick, friendly and like I said, they never close a support ticket unless they know you are happy.

Voxtreme offers unlimited MySQL databases I believe.

Thanks Typhoon,

I want to now what are support issues that I have to handle by myself and what am I expected to redirect to voxtreme?
My unix/linux knowledge is close to NULL :D and I don't want to deal with complicated OS issues.

Thanks,
Peter

No big knowledge in Linux is required to Start Reselling with Voxtreme ..

You will manage everything through your WebHost Manager, a Web based interface that allows you to create/ edit / delete accounts and almost all other functions related to the management of your accounts..

Also voxtreme forums is a nice source of information for newbies and even advanced users...
