Is it true that only the customers from USA can use Google Checkout? With a company and a professionnal bank account in USA, I can not use Google Checkout to sell in Europe or elsewhere?... I can't imagine it's true, but...

Google Checkout merchants must have a U.S. bank account and address, plus either of the following:

* A Social Security number and a valid credit card.
* A Federal Tax ID/Employer Identification Number (EIN).


Buyers can be from a limited number of countries as well.

I would not be surprised if the above restrictions make your business eligible for US income taxes as well.
