As one of best posters of this forum (stu2) said once: 'trying to contact registrar via email is sheer lunacy'.

Try to open support ticket.

There is only way to contact with them,

there is no support tickets

phone and e-mail
and on the phone is automatic secretary and emails are not responded

they were good but if they dont have ready answers for question then they ignore me

Stan - even NameCheap have gotten the picture :)

Rafa - time to change to a better registrar, methinks.

As far as I am aware, they installed some kind of support ticket system. I think I'll have opportunity to test it firsthand, shortly.

name.com is owned by domainsite and so is name.net they use different interfaces. Their response times via email aren't bad but their interface is pretty clunky.

Domainsite uses CerberusWeb as their ticketing system, so theoretically no mail should be lost, ever.

I am not sure about name.com/net though... Are their support system the same as Domainsite's?

Yes, this is the same support,
still no reply...

I transfered important domains to hostmysite.com cause they are fast and nice...
