this is the story i was over due with hostway but from 6-8 hours i paid all my billing charge to them today

the problem is that i renew that domain "siwagate.com" but till now that domain is not working

I would suggest calling them, if they are hostway.com - there phone number is:
1(866)467-8929. Your post also mentions you just paid today, maybe they have temporarily suspended you, and just have not yet gotten around to reactivate it. I would call them if you are concerned about it though.
