Are there any remote sitebuilders that a client could use and then upload/ftp to the account that I host for them?

Seems like most of the others I've seen you have to have root access to install. Thanks in advance for your help!

We use SWsoft's Sitebuilder and you can publish your sites via FTP on a completely seperate server.

You can play with the 2.1.3 version of our sitebuilder here:

Hope this helps ;)

jbweb,

But you have the sitebuilder installed on your server though, right? I was looking at a reseller plan (shared, not dedicated or vps) with a provider that did not have a site builder type program. Wouldn't I have to have root access to use sitebuilder?

No, you can use the reseller function with this application. It would be a hosted solution.
