I had problem when install cPanel on my server (OS redhat 7.3).

Who is your cpanel provider as they should be able to help you out with this problem?

How long did you let it run for. I have seen it take up to an hour for the upgrading perl part.

it's using free-trial license.

for many time, i try to left it more than 1 hr, and for the last, i left it for 1 night (atleast more than 12 hrs)

This can actually be caused by downloading the wrong version.
