I am also looking for reseller hosting in high speed countries in Europe (except UK where I already found a host).

Hope everyone can help by suggesting a few.

Here are my requirements:

1. They must have their data centers in their home countries (and not in the US!)
2. Reputable but affordable (may be <$15 / mth).
3. Run cPanel or WHM
4. Starting 2 GB storage, 20 GB data transfer. But upgradable later.
5. Site/support in English.

Have you tried to google this yet? Maybe you may find that to be a bit more helpful. once you get a list of providers that you may want to go with, search for reviews for them.

You may use http://hostsearch.com/ for this purpose I think.
