4) how do you handle billing ? (software?)

We run Plesk, and ASM (open source script).

The types of sites hosted mainly are other web hosting companies re selling off of space on our server...

They pay $25 each, (3 of them)

The 2 others pay $30 and $35.

Im getting a full time job now so that I can get an apartment/car, so I wont have much time left for the net, thats why im getting out..
