support seems very good.... not the fastest... but good/better than average....

edit: I had some dns issues that they fixed pretty quickly...

I have 1 account with them and it's been working fine.... had some slight initial troubles, but the service is good, the servers are great (very low load) and Sean is good to work with...

Has anyone used Interchange Shopping Cart? I was wondering how simple it is to use. I figure I would initially set it up, and then most of my clients would need to maintain their own items. Anybody have any experience with it?

I have been with them for about a month and half and very, very happy with the quality of service. response time is fairly fast usually since we are in the same timezone (20mn - 3h)

Hmm.. I wonder why the sales email bounced.

We did move our site to another server, the DNS might have interfered. Sorry for the trouble.

Our helpdesk can also be used for Sales inquiries, and is accessible at http://helpdesk.pixelseven.com
