Does anyone know where I can order a Spanish domain name for someone I know?

If possible could the site be UK\US based, or at least in English so I can understand it :-)

What do you mean by a spanish domain? There are many spanish speaking countries with diff domain name extensions. You might want to try http://www.register.com, they offer a bunch of extensions.

register dont seem to do it.

You may try http://www.nic.es , they are the spanish domain registry (.es)

The setup is $60 approx and then $40 per year.
