Im about to purchase an IntelloDesk from someone on these boards and I have seen so many posts for 'for sale' intello desks software around here. I wanted to know why everyone or even yourself have sold these licenses, do you just not like this product? What's the downside of this product in your eyes?
Either allot of people are getting rid of them on this dead end project or they purchased a few licenses on their 49.99 specials.
P.S No Im not getting the last minuet shakes, I just wanted to know cause I don't want to see my self trying to sell this baby, anyways. Time time to purchase hehe!

Probably some people buying them when they are on offer and then selling them later to make a quick buck.

We sold a license for it (on a different forum) simply because one of the hosts we purchased included it in the sale and we didn't need it.
The intellodesk software isn't bad. Support is good, and the developers are active on the project. Visit their support forums to see latest news, etc...
Also, if you want to know why someone is selling their license in the forums here, then why not ask them in the sale thread?

I don't blame them I was going to do that myself to make some quick money later because I though it was going to be a hot project, when they were having them 49 speicals I was going to buy like 10 of them babys but I ended up not to.

I use the pro version for my webhosting company from day to day... It's very good and having experience with many other scripts including Kayako I'm very pleased with it. Never had any major issues with it and v2 is coming out soon which will mean your license will be worth a lot more.

Well, since their documentation website appears to be... slightly broken (or being reorganized), here is the Google Cached version:

I bought Intellodesk earlier this year.
Just wondering, is this not the forum URL:
http://www.avidinteractive.com/forum
How come everything has gone?
Thanks.
edit: Oops sorry, the correct URL seems to be http://www.avidinteractive.com/forums
Left out the "s".
