My pass doesn't work on Kayako board and I have already contacted their admins for assistance on this but I thought I would check with other users as well.

I was wondering if there is away to disable the auto account creation feature. Example - I have sales department and when people email it - I don't want them being added as a user - only a guest.

Any clues?

but when you run the cron, you can make this to delete all not validated users for your system.....
