I think the price is different for whatever country you are signing up from. There are also other features such as, WP Guarantee, and accepting payment for other currencies, etc. which will add to the cost. I would contact them directly for info.

To add recurring billing it is another £100
and to add world access to process payments over the phone it is another £50

and they take 4.5% per transaction
