I have a hosting with them , and its offline , even their main site .

Is there anything wrong??

Wow, surely is way too much downtime! How many accounts did you have on there, and do you have any current or recent backup's ? If you do not, unfortunatly you are limited to other choices, choice 1: You could just call it a lesson learned, or choice 2: Wait untill you can get ahold of them, and act like you want to make good with them, just so you can get your backup's.

i had a small reseller with them. just paid them at the end of october. my sites were failing this past saturday and sunday. then totally down since sunday and from here on out. i tried contacting through aim several times. they would appear online, then sign off when i asked a question. happened several times. then someone finally came online, said they were disconnceted each time i asked a question. we had some words regarding absolutely no communication for several days regarding status. i told them i was going to post my experience with them on wht, and they said i was threatening them. i decided to wait a few days. they emailed me yesterday morning saying the sites would be restored wednesday evening. instead i received a email saying the company was transferring the accounts to another hosting company. i had already filed a paypal report for my money back on tuesday, will see what happens with that. its so typical. people should realize, if you really do have a site that you consider important to have up, make sure you look around extensively. too many threads about hosts who are out there for a few months, then gone overnight. they always say you get what you pay for, but ive got some good experiences with some hosts that offer very inexpensive plans, and give great service. im not going to blame it on kids either, because there on some hosts as well that are young, and do take the whole thing serious. but for those of us who have been around, you just cant beat the old saying, ' let the buyer beware '. thanks

Well it does put a bad taste in your mouth from that experience I am sure. However, the good news is you did make payment with PayPal. In many cases, PayPal is going to take the side of the buyer not the seller. So I am sure that it will work to your benefit in regarding to getting your money back. Wish you better luck!

Now it's online again. I hope you'll take all your backup data and find the other much better hosting.

I have a site hosted there that I just bought from DomainCrave's owner (uploadfx.com) and experienced a lot of downtime as well. I definitely plan to move the site now.

I suggest not to stay with your current host because you had 24 hour sites down, too much! Hope you find a decent host!

The reason for the downtime was because Domaincrave and DalipJ's other sites on the server were "hacked."
