View Full Version : Problem: Enom Plugin within ClientExec

Hm, this is the first time I have had this problem yet.

I went to activate a client's packages through clientexec. This consists of Creating his account in cPanel, registering his domain, and sending the welcome e-mail. The returned result was that everything was successful, or 'Account Creation Successful' etc etc.

Well, the domain simply didnt register. It didn't even look like there was any interaction between my clientexec and enom's servers at all. Basically, I had to register the domain myself through my ETP control panel.

Enom said it wasn't anything on their end, and my servers IP was added a good amount of time before this incident.

Any ideas as to what went wrong?

Thanks.

Oh wow, problem fixed. I guess the actual option to check and register domains was turned off. Time to go figure out who was tampering!

sometimes it will take a little while once you add the IP in enom until you can connect to their systems

I suppose that's a good point, although my IP has been added with them for some time now. I just overlooked that option under plugins ... dumb me. Still trying to find out who turned it off though. >_>
