I have a not for profit website that deals with a childrens disorder. the website is just to provide a place for parents and professionals to get information and talk about issues.

Anyhow I am in need of a better website design. the design I am using right now is from one of those free website templete sites and does not really go good with the feel or theme of the website.
I need something like

I like their header alot

My site I feel needs to have some kids faces on it so it can better represent the actual purpose of the site. Also I feel it needs more color

OK so here is the problem since I am not making money on the site and I really dont have any money to buy a site design I am looking for a free site design. You would be able to put a designed by ...... I would need the design to incorperate all the features that are already on my site (ie a news box and list of current research. I would even be happy if someone can just do a better site templete for me maybe with a better header and layout and color scheme.
