You could contact your data centre and see if they offer load balancing solutions for your servers with them.

Make search in Google about it.

If you talk to a managed hosting company they can probably come up with something customised to your requirements, though I'm not sure if you want the whole solution...

If you are looking for a 3rd party management company I would recomend the people over at N3V.net (http://www.n3v.net) otherwise generally your host can provide such solutions.
