zooper 11-06-2006, 02:41 AM hi,
when i create new accounts for my clients i want it to send them an email about their domain, cpanel, ftp etc what do i need?
Chris,
Segey 11-06-2006, 03:21 AM Why do YOU create accounts for your clients? Usually clients order a plan, by filling out the requested form they create account and then you get an automatic notification about it, the same notification is sent to the customer, when the payment is made he's got the letter with his ftp details.

ROFL, it only works this way if you have a system setup to do this. Not everyone does, especially by default.

Could you explain then how it should be done?
zooper 11-06-2006, 04:18 AM i think i need a billing system
You might find that your hosting company providers one for free, such as Clientexec. Also most control panels when you create an account send a basic amount of data to the system admin. You could write some boilerplate around that and send it of
@Segey. A lot of hosts don't do automatic signups due to fraud. However once an account is setup you can get the billing system to email the details over or manually write an email
dhcart 11-06-2006, 07:16 AM I found a cPanel/WHM Account Creator script on http://www.zubrag.com/scripts/create-cpanel-whm-account.php You maybe use it by modifying.

there are tons of options then. Does your server have a control panel? If so, which one? Cpanel/WHM? Plesk? etc, etc, etc

AnyDemo 11-07-2006, 10:07 AM Hi,
I have developed a rather perfect system on my own. The system has ALL the features that require to run a domain and hosting business.
If you need a perfect system, consider to develop by yourself. The system can be very simple at the beginning, but may be perfect after a few years after modification, modification and modification.............
Good luck!
