If you are trying to find out whether a host is reliable and what other people think about it, do a search on WHT. If you do not find any reviews on that host, or if you find negative reviews, I would recommend you search for a new host.

looking at the website it dont seem very professional, infact it must of took 5 minutes to make, for quality service you may want to look at a more professional solution.
